I was creative director for Social Capital Markets, the world’s foremost impact investing conference, based in San Francisco.

I supported a broad range of organisations, in the UK, Europe, Asia, the Carribean and Latin America, to develop strategies, projects and new organisations tackling social and environmental challenges.

I established Marmalade, the participant-led fringe to the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship.

I was the founding director of Ashoka in the UK, the world’s leading network for social entrepreneurs, supporting more than 150 international social entrepreneurs working across over 35 countries.

I established London CRN as a provider of support and incubation services to the community waste sector, growing the organisation to 18 staff, and was part of a team that secured and distributed £90 million of funding across the UK.
