I conceived of, developed and have run Marmalade (formerly OxfordJam), the fringe to the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship. Run since 2010 it provides an informal dynamic, free and open-access fringe event to Skoll, bringing leading entrepreneurs and activists with huge experience into conversation with those who had less experience, but no less passion.
